On March 16 and 17, the BFSU delegation arrived in Ecuador and visited the UNESCO Ecuador office in Quito. Both sides expressed a desire to collaborate on projects in AI ethics, educational innovation, rural development, and reducing social disparities, aiming to integrate education and technology.

The delegation also visited the Siyuan Academia de Lengua China in Ecuador, which significantly promotes Chinese language and China-Ecuador exchanges. They held discussions with the school's leaders and teachers, exploring their Chinese education and corporate training models.

Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in teacher training, curriculum development, and blending online and offline teaching. They also exchanged views on the "Global Female Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program." A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed, designating the school as the "BFSU Chinese education base Ecuador workstation."

On March 18 and 19, the delegation visited São Paulo, met with Yu Peng, China's consul general in São Paulo, and visited a local bilingual school to understand the learning needs and conditions of Brazilian Chinese children regarding Chinese language culture.

Supported by the Chinese Consulate in São Paulo, BFSU and the Centro de Assistência e Integração Social Chinês em São Paulo (Overseas Chinese Service Center in São Paulo) co-hosted the "China-Brazil Year of Culture: BFSU Education Promotion Exchange Meeting." An MoU was signed with the Associação Chinesa do Brasil, designating it as the "BFSU Chinese education base (Brazil station)."

On March 21 and 22, BFSU delegation traveled to Rio de Janeiro, visiting the Chinese Consulate where Consul General Tian Min provided insights on enhancing university-consulate collaboration and expanding educational exchange channels. The delegation also visited the Universidade Federal Fluminense, holding discussions with the Confucius Institute's leaders on relevant issues.
