Proper concoction of the sauce is paramount, with shredded potatoes, scallions, sesame seeds, flax seed oil, and garlic paste forming a harmonious whole and providing an enticingly mellow flavor.

The process of making the pastry is complex, with proper selection of ingredients being of the utmost importance. Various ingredients, including white sugar, brown sugar, sesame, raisin, flour, liquor, and flaxseed oil, are mixed thoroughly, then ground and sifted to make the filling. After wrapping, it will be shaped and baked. Both sides of the baked cakes will be convex, leaving a hollow beneath them. Though plain in appearance, it is not without its charms. The aroma of the hot golden crispy cakes will fill your nostrils, while the sweet taste lingers on the tip of your tongue.
