Diplomats, scholars, and journalists from home and abroad took a two-day media tour from Sept 27 to 28 in Ordos, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region. 

Themed "Green Empowerment and Creating a Future Together", the tour included visits to Kangbashi district, Dalad Photovoltaic Power Base, and Ordos Modern Cashmere Industrial Park. Guests witnessed Ordos' modernization achievements and progress in green and sustainable development.

Having gained a deeper understanding of Ordos' achievements in urban construction, prevention and control of desertification, renewable energy development, and the cashmere industry, the guests spoke highly of the city's effort to promote high-quality development.
