According to data from the Ordos municipal bureau of energy, Ordos added more than 10 gigawatts of newly installed renewable energy capacity in 2024, bringing its cumulative installed capacity to more than 20 GW, more than double last year's number. Ordos continues to serve as a pioneering force and cornerstone in the rapid development of the new energy industry within the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
