I want to start by thanking you for the opportunity to speak to all of you today. Although I wish I could be there with you in person, I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy.

Cisco is honored to once again participate in the World Internet Conference. We are also honored to have been a part of China’s story of development for the last 30 years.

This is now the ninth year of the World Internet Conference – Congratulations to everyone involved in the establishment of such a prestigious event.

I believe that the WIC continues to be a valuable platform that brings together the Chinese and international governments and business leaders around the globe to share ideas on innovation, technology development and internet governance.

As we all know, over the last three years, the world has undergone incredible changes and challenges.

Looking ahead, it is clear that this is an important year, especially with the 20th Party Congress having just been held last month.

This marks a new chapter in China’s modernization and we know that technology will play a more critical role than ever before.
思科始终坚定地致力于成为中国企业和社区的合作伙伴。思科将继续尽其所能，成为中美建设性合作的典范。
Cisco remains deeply committed to being a partner to China businesses and communities and we will continue to do all that we can to be a model for constructive US-China cooperation.
我也相信，在美国和中国的共同努力下，全球经济发展将更加强劲，稳定牢固的中美关系不仅对两国有益，而且惠及全球。
I also believe that the global economy will be stronger with the US and China working together, and that stable US-China relations will bring mutual benefits not just to our countries, but to the entire world.

There is so much we can do to seize this moment and create a more inclusive and sustainable future for all together.
我对未来充满希望，我相信只要我们共同努力，就能继续推动变革，泽被后代。
I remain incredibly hopeful for our future, and I am optimistic that together we will continue to drive change and leave a lasting impact for generations to come.
