Centre for Chinese Studies,
University of Dares Salaam (Tanzania)

Launched in 2018, the Centre for Chinese Studies (CCS) is hosted at the College of Social Sciences, University of Dares Salaam. The objectives of the Centre include: undertaking joint research between African and Chinese scholars in the areas of economics, history, political science, sociology and anthropology, promoting exchange programs between Chinese and Tanzanian students and scholars, and encouraging joint publications in Journals both in Chinese and English between African and Chinese researchers.
