This book consists of three parts. The first is the relationship between rural property rights and national governance; the second is the relationship between rural property rights and grassroots politics; and the third is the relationship between rural property rights and political systems.

In terms of content, it mainly discusses the political process of rural property rights and their structural changes, as well as the political results of rural property rights and their structural changes. The research finds that property rights and politics are mutually causal relationships, and changes in property rights have a significant impact on politics, shape political processes and influence and determine political outcomes.

Similarly, political influences, changes, and determinations affect property rights and their structures. The author proposes viewpoints such as the unit of property rights, the social attributes of property rights, and inclusive negotiation-oriented property rights reform viewed with combinational logic.
