Pakistan-China Institute (Pakistan)

Launched in 2009, the Pakistan-China Institute (PCI) endeavors to be the principal non-governmental platform promoting people to people ties between Pakistan and China in all areas but particularly in education, the economy and the environment. It aims to take up an important role in generating discussions and analysis on multiple aspects of the diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, as well as those of the entire region. The PCI has established a joint think-tank called the Research and Development International with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and the China Institute for Reforms and Development (CIRD).
